In order to return your products, send an e-mail to handbags.info@googlemail.com or use the contact us form and we will reply promptly with the return address. Your order must be returned at your own expense, within 4 weeks of receipt and with all tags attached. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receipt, and will be credited to your credit card.
